Before the Plan, There’s Your Story
Our Process
1
Let’s Connect
A lot of our work happens online, but the relationship is anything but automated. No robo-advice. No quiz pretending to know your life.
We start with a real conversation to learn your story, understand what matters most, and see whether we’re the right fit—because good advice starts long before the numbers do.
2
Cultivate
This is where the bigger picture starts to take shape.
In a one-hour meeting, we’ll explore your goals, concerns, and what you’re building toward—then begin creating a plan that fits your life, not just the spreadsheet.
3
Grow
Once our analysis is complete, we’ll reconnect to walk through the clearest path forward. If we decide to partner together, we’ll turn the plan into action—laying thoughtful groundwork for today, tomorrow, and the generations that follow.
Investments
Investing is only one part of your financial life, but it can carry a surprising amount of weight. And let’s be honest—markets have a way of making even reasonable people second-guess themselves.
At Olivia Wealth Management, we believe a portfolio should be flexible enough to respond when conditions change. Our approach is designed to pursue growth in favorable markets and lean toward preservation when risk rises.
The goal is not to predict every market turn. It is to build a strategy that can participate in the good seasons, adapt through the difficult ones, and keep a rough stretch from derailing the bigger picture.

Planning
Money has a way of making even the simplest decisions feel heavier than they should.
Whether you’re growing, protecting, or passing on your wealth, we start by getting to know you—not just your numbers. From there, we’ll focus on what matters most and build a thoughtful plan around your life, goals, and bigger picture.

Advisory
Not every financial question needs a 40-page plan and a three-ring binder.
Sometimes you simply need a thoughtful second opinion before making a big decision. Our advisory work is designed for those moments—focused guidance, honest perspective, and a clearer path forward.

For the business you built — and the life around it
Olivia Wealth Management works virtually with business owners, professionals, and families throughout CA, TX, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
For business owners, personal wealth and business wealth are rarely separate stories. We help bring the moving pieces together—from cash flow, investments, and retirement planning to tax strategy, risk management, and the legacy you hope to leave behind.
While we have a particular heart for entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses, you do not need to own a business to belong here. We welcome professionals, retirees, and families looking for thoughtful guidance, honest conversation, and a financial plan built around what matters most.
Build the business. Protect the bigger picture.

No. You don’t need a full financial plan before we can manage your investments.
That said, a good plan helps make sure the portfolio is supporting your actual life—not just performing well in a vacuum. For clients who only need ongoing investment management, though, a separate financial plan is not required.
